KINGSTON, Jamaica — In a swift action taken by law enforcement, officers confiscated a firearm along with 60 rounds of ammunition during a focused operation in Olympic Gardens on Saturday.
The operation took place on Balcombe Drive around 12:30 PM and resulted in the arrest of a local resident. The individual, identified as 26-year-old Dandrea Williams, also known as ‘Kadeem,’ works as a barber in the area. He now faces serious charges, including possession of a prohibited firearm and unauthorized possession of ammunition.
The police raid aimed to enhance community safety and combat illegal weapons in the region. Authorities are currently finalizing the details of Williams’ court appearance.
