Dancehall sensation Kiprich has joined forces with rising star Tugstar for their latest track, “Eagle Dance,” a collaboration that is quickly taking the music scene by storm, thanks in part to a captivating new dance move associated with the song.
The creative spark for the “Eagle Dance” ignited during a performance in the Bahamas, where renowned dancer Shelly Belly showcased the move on stage. “It all started when I brought Shelly Belly up to perform at one of our shows. The energy was incredible, and the dance caught on like wildfire,” Kiprich shared.
Since then, the infectious dance has taken over social media, with dancers and influencers across the Corporate Area showcasing their own interpretations at various events. “Everywhere I turn, there are videos popping up of people doing the Eagle Dance. It’s amazing to see the creativity and enthusiasm around it. Although we don’t have an official video yet, Shelly Belly and Racoon are out there representing the dance, and WorldBoom is spinning the track non-stop,” he added.
Produced by the talented duo DJ Kemo and JA4Life, “Eagle Dance” was officially launched under the Ja4Life label last week. This label has made a name for itself with hits like Kalado’s “Peppa Sauce,” K Queens’ “Who Wrong?”, and Kyodi’s “Profit.” It has also been a creative hub for projects featuring Nickapella, the youngest son of dancehall legend Bounty Killer, who has been making waves from his base in the Cayman Islands.
With the momentum building around “Eagle Dance,” both Kiprich and Tugstar are poised to leave a significant mark on the dancehall landscape, further solidifying their places in the genre’s vibrant culture.
