  • Constant Spring Rd → Downtown: No passage past Constant Spring Rd / South Ave.
  • Molynes Rd → Half-Way Tree: Left turn only onto Eastwood Park Rd. No access via South Odeon Ave or Courtney Walsh Dr.
  • Hagley Park Rd → Half-Way Tree: Only left onto Eastwood Park Rd.
  • No right turns into South Odeon Ave or Courtney Walsh Dr.
  • Half-Way Tree Rd → HWT Square: Access is funneled via Maxfield Ave and Eastwood Park Rd.
  • Hope Rd → Hagley Park Rd: No passage past the Hope/Winchester/Surbiton junction.

  • From Constant Spring Rd toward Downtown:
    South Ave → Waterloo Rd → Trafalgar Rd → Holborn Rd → Knutsford Blvd → Lady Musgrave Rd → Old Hope Rd → Oxford Rd → Half-Way Tree Rd (and adjoining links).
    Alternate: South Ave → Burlington Ave → Sandringham Ave → Molynes Rd → Woodglen Ave → Hagley Park Rd.
  • From Molynes Rd when heading to HWT:
    Eastwood Park Rd → Right Red Hills Rd → Right Constant Spring Rd → Left South Ave → Right Waterloo Rd → across Trafalgar Rd.
  • From HWT Rd approaching the Square (if redirected):
    Right Oxford Rd → Left Knutsford Blvd → Left Trafalgar Rd → straight Waterloo Rd → Left West Kings House Rd → Right Constant Spring Rd.
  • From Hope Rd aiming for Hagley Park Rd:
    Left Winchester Rd → Right Ruthven Rd → Left HWT Rd → Right Balmoral Ave → Right Maxfield Ave → Left Hagley Park Rd, continue across to Eastwood Park Rd.

Parking Controls (HWT)

  • Permitted:
    • Constant Spring Rd (South Ave → Courtney Walsh Dr), west curb lane only.
    • Half-Way Tree Rd (Cargill Ave → Holy Childhood High School).
  • Prohibited:
    • Beyond Courtney Walsh Dr and beyond Holy Childhood High School.
    • Hope Rd, Hagley Park Rd, Molynes Rd, Eastwood Park Rd.

Cross Roads: What Changes

  • HWT Rd → Downtown (via Cross Roads): No passage past Retirement Rd.
  • Downtown → HWT via Orange St: Torrington Bridge is closed to this movement.

  • From HWT Rd to Downtown (Cross Roads blocked):
    Right Retirement Rd → Left Studio One Blvd → connect to Slipe Rd.
  • From Downtown heading to HWT (Orange St blocked at Torrington):
    Option 1: Left at Torrington Bridge → Right Slipe Pen Rd → Left Studio One Blvd → Right Retirement Rd → Left HWT Rd.
    Option 2: West Heroes Circle → Left North Heroes Circle → Left Marescaux Rd.
  • From Old Hope Rd:
    • To Downtown: Left Tom Redcam Rd → Left Camp Rd → South Camp Rd → Right East Queen St → East Parade.
    • To Cross Roads: Right Eureka Rd → Left HWT Rd → Right Retirement Rd → Left Studio One Blvd → Slipe Pen Rd → Left Orange St → Left King St → into North Parade.

Parking Controls (Cross Roads)

  • Permitted:
    • Slipe Rd (south of Courts).
    • Studio One Blvd (left/western lane only).
    • Caledonia Cres (left lane, facing north).
    • Off-roads off HWT Rd north of HWT/Retirement Rd.
    • Plazas/off-roads along Old Hope Rd (east of Old Hope/Eureka Ave).
  • Prohibited:
    • HWT Rd and Old Hope Rd.
    • Caledonia Ave leading to Slipe Rd.

Operating Guidance

  • Follow police instructions at all junctions.
  • Respect coned lanes, temporary signs, and no-parking zones.
